 The Client “Sevani Ishkhan” CJSC situated in Piazza Grande Business Center, office 95, 10 Vazgen Sargsyan Street of Yerevan city announces a tender.

The successful bidder will be offered to sign a purchase agreement (hereinafter the Agreement) accordingly on acquiring the equipment and property (including system design, technical supervision and training of operating personnel) for the closed water circulation system for production of Sevan throat fingerling.

According to the “Procurement Process Organization” Order (hereinafter referred to as the Order) approved by the decision of “Sevani Ishkhan” CJSC any individual, regardless of the fact of being a non-resident physical person, a foreign legal entity or stateless individual, has the right to equally participate in bidding process.

The bidder shall have the right to participate as specified in the invitation to bid and should have professional activity compliance, professional experience, technical, financial and human resources required by the invitation to meet the contractual obligations.

Order of selection of the successful bidder is specified in the invitation. To obtain the invitation it is necessary to apply to the Client to the following address:

Moreover to obtain a documented form of the invitation it is necessary to submit a written application to the Client. The Client ensures free provision of the documented form of the invitation following the submission of such request within two working days. The Client ensures free provision of the invitation in English language following to the submission of such request within two working days.

The fact of not receiving an invitation according to the Order provided by this Announcement does not limit the right of the bidder to participant in this competition.

It is required to submit the bidding documents either in Armenian or English language to the Client no later than 25 July, 2014, 15 p.m. Yerevan time, to the following address.

The Bidders shall provide documents required by the invitation to bid to evaluate the bidders qualification compliance with the conditions specified in the Invitation.
